Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Assess and manage patient care services by conducting initial and ongoing assessments of medical, physical, and psychosocial status. Complete history and physical examinations, consultations, and progress notes while performing preventative screenings to identify health risks. Formulate differential diagnoses based on clinical findings and participate in periodic quality assurance reviews of records and treatment plans. This role requires an RN or PA-C license from Missouri, BLS certification, and DEA license, with a preference for geriatrics experience. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one administrative day, offering relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
