Job Summary
Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat patients' wounds, including debridement and application of topical wound care products. Define and document patient diagnoses while ensuring complete patient satisfaction through education and management. Travel locally within the San Fernando Valley to see patients in their homes or SNFs, notating findings and treatment courses in patient charts. Candidates must be licensed NPs or PAs in CA with a valid driver's license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Must have a valid driver's license and minimum state required liability auto insurance
- local travel is required
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in CA
- Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care
- This is not a remote position
- Must be willing to travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs
- candidates living in San Fernando Valley
- be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes
- The territory for this role will service patients in throughout San Fernando
