Job Summary
Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat patients' wounds, including debridement and application of topical wound care products. Define and document patient diagnoses, ensure patient satisfaction, and provide education on wound management. Travel locally within the Baytown and Houston area to deliver mobile advanced wound care services in patient homes or skilled nursing facilities. Maintain patient charts with findings and treatment courses. Requires a current Texas NP or PA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in TX
- Current state license as an NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Must have a valid driver's license
- minimum state required liability auto insurance
- local travel is required
- Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care
- This is not a remote position
- candidates living in Baytown/ East Houston, TX
- be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes
- The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Houston area
