Job Summary
Provide mobile advanced wound care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, traveling locally within the designated San Antonio, TX region to patient homes or SNFs. Responsibilities include selecting, ordering, and performing tests/procedures for wound care, performing wound care procedures, documenting diagnoses, ensuring patient satisfaction, patient education and management, debridement of wounds, application of wound care products, and charting with follow-up notes. Requires active NP/PA license in TX, CPR certification, strong communication and customer service, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Training is provided; role is on-the-road, not remote. Salary range $140k-$150k per year; benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
