Job Summary
Provide mobile advanced wound care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant visiting patients in homes or SNFs within Atlanta, GA and Houston area; perform wound care procedures, debridement, and related tests/procedures; document diagnoses and treatment plans in patient charts; educate patients and manage care; must be licensed as NP/PA in GA, CPR certified, possess a valid driver’s license, and have strong communication and customer-service skills; field-based duties require travel and on-the-road work; extensive training and support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA in GA
- CPR Certification
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
