Job Summary
Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants needed to perform mobile wound care services for patients in Detroit, MI, traveling to patients’ homes or SNFs. Responsibilities include selecting, ordering, and performing tests and procedures to treat wounds, performing wound care and debridement during patient visits, documenting diagnoses, ensuring patient satisfaction, patient education and management, and recording findings and treatment courses in patient charts. Requires current NP or PA licensure in MI, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and local travel. Company provides extensive training and 24/7 support; benefits include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, PTO, and flexible schedule. Not remote; on-the-road work location.
Required Qualifications

- CPR Certified
- Effective communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
