Job Summary
Provide mobile advanced wound care to patients in homes and SNFs; perform wound care procedures, debridement, and order/interpret tests as part of the plan of care; document patient diagnoses and treatment course; educate patients and manage ongoing care; travel locally within the designated Ventura region to patient homes; must be licensed as an NP or PA in CA and CPR certified; valid driver’s license required; part-time position (one day a week) with extensive training and 24/7 support; on-the-road work location.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA in CA
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver’s license and minimum state-required liability auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to patient homes in Ventura area
