Job Summary
Provide mobile advanced wound care services as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Houston area, traveling locally to patients in homes or SNFs. Responsibilities include selecting, ordering, and performing tests and procedures; performing wound care and debridement; documenting diagnoses and treatment plans; patient education and management; and noting findings in patient charts with follow-up. Requires TX NP/PA license, CPR, strong communication skills, and ability to drive to patient homes. Training is provided. Not remote. Job types include full-time or part-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA in TX
- CPR Certified
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and minimum state-required liability auto insurance; local travel required
