Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage health concerns for a diverse patient population through comprehensive physical exams and health assessments. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies, while creating and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide patient education and counseling regarding health issues, prevention, and treatment options, and maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with evolving medical knowledge to support a culture of teamwork and shared decision-making. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling, and opportunities exist for continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid state licensure in Washington
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Clinical experience in primary care or specialty areas
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
