Job Summary
Conduct primary care examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery for patients across all ages, including prescribing medications, administering vaccinations, and managing routine follow-ups. Manage in-office telemedicine appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary. Deliver care within a 40-hour work week split between clinic patient-facing duties and administrative tasks, utilizing the EPIC EHR system. Required Qualifications
- Board certification
- Active and unrestricted California PA/NP medical license
- Board certification/eligibility
- Active and unrestricted California Medical license
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Excellent knowledge of infectious diseases, their symptoms and epidemiology
- Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal and best medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- EMR: EPIC
