Job Summary
Provide high quality, patient-centered primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Raleigh, NC region. Assess patient health through physical examinations, review medical histories, and develop treatment plans. Order medically necessary diagnostic testing and prescribe medications and supplies. Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms. Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers. Requires Board Certification, valid NC NP or PA certification, and strong clinical skills for geriatric patients. Salary range $110,000 - $135,000+ with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- valid NP or PA certification in the state of North Carolina
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
