Job Summary

Manage comprehensive care for oncology patients receiving radiation therapy, focusing on symptom management, treatment-related toxicities, and follow-up care. Conduct assessments and provide interventions to support patient recovery within the Radiation Oncology team. Requires a graduate of a nursing or Physician Assistant program with five years of professional nursing experience, including one to two years in an advanced practice provider or oncology role. Full-time day hours Monday through Friday at three locations in Central New York. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a school of nursing
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program
  • Licensed in NYS
  • Authorized to Issue prescriptions pursuant to Section 6902 (3) (b) of the Education Law
  • Five years professional nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Desired Qualifications

  • MS preferred
  • 1-2 years in an advanced practice provider role
  • 1-2 years in an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider role
