Job Summary
Provide mental health services to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within an integrated care model. Practice aligns with family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine for long-term care; work with a psychiatric team (MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, PAs) under psychiatrist supervision. Participate in monthly educational activities (case conferences, journal reviews) and collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists. Partner with a medical assistant to support scheduling and charting; operate within an integrated EHR system. Emphasize high-quality clinical care, independence in practice with team support, flexible scheduling for work-life balance, and being part of an innovative, expanding healthcare organization. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program and current license to practice medicine issued by the state (Medical Board); or
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program;
- National certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants;
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant;
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired
