Job Summary
Provide mental health services for adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within a psychiatric team, operating with independence in practice under supervision. Collaborate with MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, PAs, and psychotherapists; utilize integrated EHR; participate in case conferences and ongoing educational activities; work with a medical assistant partner for scheduling and charting; emphasis on geriatric, family, or psychiatry focus; licensed to practice in the state with current certifications; strong emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care with flexible scheduling and company-wide growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and active state medical license OR graduation from an accredited physician assistant program with national certification and PA license
