Job Summary
Provide mental health services for adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within a psychiatric team. Work with MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs under psychiatrist supervision; participate in a collaborative care model with primary care providers and psychotherapists, with support from a medical assistant for scheduling and charting. Operate with an integrated EHR, maintain independence in practice while receiving mentorship, and benefit from flexible scheduling and a growing organization. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing and current license to practice medicine issued by the state (or equivalent)
- Or (alternative path) graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program with PA certification, PA license, and board eligibility/certification
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired
