Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Psychiatric Medicine providing mental health services to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within an integrated care model; work independently within a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs with supervision from a psychiatrist; participate in monthly educational activities, collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists, and support a service team with a medical assistant partner; utilize an integrated EHR, maintain flexible scheduling for patient needs, and contribute to an expanding, leader-driven healthcare organization with full benefits and a high-end salary range.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing (RN) with current state license OR PA program graduate with PA license, and certified/licensed to practice in the state of residence
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired
