Job Summary
Provide mental health services in facilities for adults within an integrated care model, collaborating with MDs, PMHNPs, PAs, and psychotherapists. Work with a psychiatric team, receive supervision from a psychiatrist, participate in monthly educational activities, have access to psychotherapy for patients, partner with a medical assistant for scheduling and charting, operate within an integrated EHR, and enjoy flexible scheduling while contributing to an expanding, physician-led healthcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution and a current and valid license to practice medicine issued by the state in which you reside Medical Board. All other certification necessary to perform one’s duties must be current and valid, required.
- Or graduation from a physician assistant educational program accredited by the National Commission on Accreditation of Allied Education Programs;
- Have passed the national certification examination of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants;
- Licensed by the state in which you reside as a Physician Assistant;
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired.
