Job Summary
Provide primary-care services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within Eventus WholeHealth; review and sign MARs, sign facility orders, and manage orders including lab results within 24 hours; manage narcotic prescriptions per policy; provide on-call triage per policy; complete documentation and billing submissions with timely hard-copy records; maintain open communication with facility staff and administrators; adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards; consult with clinical supervisor before refusing resident requests; demonstrate knowledge of facility care protocols and exhibit collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program
- Current and valid license to practice medicine issued by the state of residence
- Certification required (e.g., PA-C or NP-BC) and national certification examination (e.g., NBME/NP boards)
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired
