Job Summary
Provide primary-care services in long-term care facilities as part of Eventus WholeHealth, delivering family/geriatric/internal medicine care per site protocols; manage MARs and orders, review labs within 24 hours, and handle narcotic prescriptions per Narcotic Rx Policy; ensure timely documentation and billing submissions, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards; collaborate with facility staff and administrators and consult clinical supervisor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing or PA program
- Current and valid medical license in state of residence
- PA licensed in state of residence or NP with appropriate license
