Job Summary
Provide primary-care services in long-term care facilities (skilled nursing and assisted living) as part of Eventus WholeHealth, covering family medicine, geriatric, and internal medicine protocols. Responsibilities include reviewing and signing MARs, issuing orders (including narcotics and plans of care), documenting and billing within policy timelines, communicating with facility staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and coordinating care with clinical supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing or PA program with licensure/certification to practice in the state
- Current and valid license to practice medicine issued by the state (for NP) or licensed as a Physician Assistant with NP/PA credentials as applicable
- National certification examination passed (for PA)
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired
