Job Summary
Conduct physicals and H&Ps at intake and annually, coordinate patient care with prescribing physicians, and supervise nursing staff and medication dispensing operations. Maintain accurate patient data, manage medication storage inventory, and consult with counselors monthly regarding individual medical needs. Perform case planning with facility leadership as needed and provide weekend coverage. Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with drug abuse experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in accordance with the laws in the State of employment
- Continuing education credits as required by the appropriate licensing board
- CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified
- Weekend coverage as needed at the facility
