Job Summary
Provide care to pediatric urology patients in a multidisciplinary team setting, performing routine clinical procedures independently such as catheter insertions, changes, and complex bladder irrigation. Work collaboratively with well and ill patients primarily in an outpatient environment while participating in weekly urology academic conferences. Maintain active RN and APNP or PA licenses in Wisconsin along with relevant board certifications and a DEA license. Schedule includes 100% FTE Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
- Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin
- Active board certification as a NP in Family or Pediatric
- Active PA license in State of Wisconsin
- Active PA board certification
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
