Job Summary
Provide NP/PA autonomous occupational medicine care in Springdale, AR. Conduct medical evaluations, injury assessments, return-to-work exams, DOT/pre-employment physicals, IMEs, and medical reviews. Develop treatment plans for safe functional recovery, coordinate with PT/clinic staff and employer partners, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and HIPAA regulations. Lead and guide Medical Assistants and therapy staff; contribute to quality improvement and workflow development. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekend/holiday hours. Requires Arkansas license and DOT NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain); board certification/eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty. Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant with active Arkansas state medical license
- DOT NRCME certification or willingness to obtain one
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and manage musculoskeletal and work-related injuries
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment
