Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions. Work five clinical days per week split between UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster. Collaborate effectively with a team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows, and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists using the Epic EMR system. Master's degree, NP or PA certification, and Massachusetts license required; 3+ years in Internal Medicine preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- NP or PA certification
