Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Outpatient and Inpatient Pediatric Nephrology

Job Summary
Assess, evaluate, treat, and manage pediatric nephrology patients in outpatient clinics and the inpatient team, including consultations for hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, microhematuria, proteinuria, and CKD. Provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients as an integral member of our ambulatory and inpatient care teams. Work exclusively Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekends, holidays, or call. Requires an accredited Master's or Doctorate for NPs or Bachelor's/Master's for PAs, plus active Wisconsin licensure, prescriptive authority, and board certification in Pediatric Acute Care or Primary Care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
- State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
- Active PA board certification
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
