Job Summary
Diagnose and treat disease, defects, or injuries while prescribing treatments for physical, mental, or functional ailments within established protocols. Perform charting, summaries, correspondence, and paperwork required for documenting care and billing. Engage in quality assurance, utilization management, and management information system selection. Develop patient education services, satisfaction surveys, and operational budgets. Participate in operational assessments for revenue enhancement and expense reductions. Maintain cooperative relationships with management, physicians, patients, and the public. Master's degree in nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification, prescriptive authority, DEA license, and controlled substance license required. Day shift at NE Columbia Medical Park. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Nurse Practitioner Degree Emphasis or Program Certificate equivalent
- Official Recognition as a Nurse Practitioner in the state the team member is working
- Prescriptive Authority for the state in which the team member is working
- Controlled Substance license for the state in which the team member is working
- Federal DEA license
