Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an NP/PA in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Environment
- Current and unrestricted DEA License
- Current and unrestricted New York state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Master's Degree in Nursing with completion of a university-based program for Nurse Practitioner
- Relevant certification from American Nurses Association or another nationally recognized certifying body
