Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams, order and interpret labs, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Deliver treatments using advanced clinical knowledge while educating patients on protocols, lifestyle optimization, and expected outcomes. Build trust through clear, direct communication and maintain high-touch, judgment-free interactions to support long-term health engagement. Partner with PRCs and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and uphold a unified, team-based approach to patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in state of practice
- Active DEA license
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
- EMR proficiency
