Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, including annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine physicals. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions while managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD. Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies, then develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices, coordinate specialty referrals, and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care activities. Join a collaborative outpatient family medicine team in Kingman, Arizona, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities, and a base salary of $100,000–$140,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Graduate of an accredited U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- No history of malpractice claims or professional disciplinary action
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of a U.S.-accredited NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
- New graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations
