Job Summary
Conduct routine physical exams and focused health histories for patients with acute or chronic health problems. Order and interpret diagnostic testing, establish working diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Prescribe medications and treatments within the full scope of primary care while monitoring patient response. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team in inpatient and ambulatory settings. Maintain active licensure, prescriptive authority, and board certification in Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
- Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
- Active PA board certification
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
