Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an adult primary care/internal medicine setting. Manage a patient panel with autonomy within a collaborative team, performing histories, physicals, orders and interpretation of tests, and developing plans of care with ongoing evaluations. The role includes 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week initially, with a panel size target of at least 300 patients before transitioning to 32 direct care hours and 8 administrative hours weekly. Practice location is Danvers, MA with open Monday–Friday hours and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance; the office emphasizes autonomous practice within a supportive team and opportunities to improve processes and patient care quality.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- APRN-NP State License (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting (minimum 3 years)
- Licenses and Credentials: APRN-NP - State License
