Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Inpatient/Outpatient

Obtain and document health histories; perform complete physical examinations and assessments to develop plans of care for hospitalized patients. Order, interpret, and collect diagnostic data; form differential diagnoses and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols. Prescribe therapeutic interventions, manage patient transitions between settings, and provide specialty-specific consultations within scope of practice. Clearly document findings in the electronic health record and actively participate in professional development and competency validation. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, specialized care across inpatient critical care, cardiology, surgery, and general medicine units.
