Job Summary

Independently care for hospitalized patients with acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease while managing renal replacement therapy, including hemodialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy, and peritoneal dialysis. Partner with other advanced practice providers on nephrology consult services and collaborate with professionals to formulate plans of care. Work day shifts Monday through Friday at UnityHealth Point – Meriter, East Madison Hospital, and University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
  • Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
  • Adult/Gero Acute Care
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice
  • Active PA board certification
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
