Job Summary
Conduct primary care for 30 to 40 new patients monthly within a functional medicine practice, managing 200+ new patient contacts per month. Deliver six to seven hours of daily patient care across a three-day work week, with dedicated time for lab review, secure portal communication, record review, and team meetings. Maintain periodic weekend on-call phone availability while working part-time hours of 24-28 hours weekly. Join the Sanctuary Functional Medicine team under Dr. Potter's mentorship to help restore health to chronically ill patients outside the traditional insurance system.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Tennessee and board certification
- 5+ years of experience providing primary care, including in-person care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to thrive in old-fashioned relational medicine with a high-growth, high-tech, close-knit work environment
- Tennessee License Required
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical practice post-residency
- 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
- Preferred but not required IFM/A4M/MAPS/SAFM or comparable certification in functional medicine
- Passion for your personal health and wellness, and that of others
- Additional License in KY or AL
