Job Summary
Provide comprehensive patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Brooklyn, NY clinic. Responsibilities include performing health assessments, taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging, prescribing medications within scope and regulations, educating patients and families on prevention and treatment adherence, coordinating with physicians and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Requires bilingual English/Russian, state NP/PA licensure, board certification, and experience with Allscripts/Veradigm. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; salary range is $160,000–$170,000 annually with a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP/PA program
- Active and unrestricted New York State NP/PA License
- Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Bilingual in English/Russian
- Proficiency with Allscripts/Veradigm EMR systems
