Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive visits, acute care, chronic disease management, and annual wellness screenings. Diagnose and manage common conditions while ordering and following up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics. Educate patients on medications and treatment plans, coordinate care with specialists, and document efficiently in the EHR. Participate in team-based care and quality initiatives within a well-established community-based clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, full-time, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Average patient volume is 17–20 per day once ramped up. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 15 days PTO, 401(k), and CME allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
- Active Arizona NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or eligibility prior to start date
- Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- AZ NP or PA License Required
- Completion of USA NP/PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)
