Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on root-cause medicine and develop individualized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches. Address chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies while educating patients on long-term wellness and healthy lifestyle practices. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional learning within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license
- Active DEA registration
