Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and provide medical/clinical services for crisis stabilization, including psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management. Conduct focused physical examinations, order laboratory tests, and manage discharge planning across medical, psychological, and social domains. Collaborate with clinical teams, primary care physicians, and legal systems to handle involuntary evaluations and coordinate community resources. Document progress in clinical records and lead medical staff meetings. Requires a Psychiatric Mental Health NP or PA license, DEA certification, and experience in crisis mental health. Full-time role with $10,000 commitment bonus and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Registered Nursing license in the State
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's level certification in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Licensed in State of employment
- National Certifications
- Experience in the delivery of crisis mental health and/or delivery of family health treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Fully vaccinated (including showing proper documentation or exemption pursuant to Company's exemption process)
- Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a National Provider Identifier (NPI), Medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role
Desired Qualifications
- Dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Doctorate of Nursing Practice
- DEA X license
- Experience working in addiction treatment and recovery
