Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to perform mobile advanced wound care for patients in homes or SNFs within the Oakland, CA area. Travel locally to patient sites; non-remote role. Must be licensed as an NP or PA in CA and hold CPR certification; driver’s license and auto insurance required for local travel. Responsibilities include selecting/ordering tests as needed, performing wound care procedures, documenting diagnoses and treatment, ensuring patient satisfaction, patient education and management, debridement where appropriate, applying wound care products, and notating findings in patient charts with follow-up notes. Required Qualifications
- Current state license as NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver’s license
