Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to provide mobile advanced wound care to patients in their homes or SNFs within the Jacksonville, FL area. Travel locally within the designated region to perform wound care, select and perform tests/procedures, document diagnoses, educate patients, and debride wounds as part of the treatment plan. Must hold an active FL NP or PA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license; in-person, on-the-road care with extensive training provided. Employment types include full-time, part-time, and contract with benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA in FL
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
