Job Summary
Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants are needed to provide mobile advanced wound care services to patients in homes or SNFs within the Phoenix area. The role involves traveling locally to patients' homes, performing wound care procedures, debridement as part of the plan of care, documenting diagnoses and treatment, and delivering patient education and follow-up notes. Must be licensed as an NP or PA in AZ and CPR certified; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required for local travel. The position offers extensive training, 24/7 support, and competitive compensation.
