Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position in a mobile wound care team serving patients in the Palm Springs, CA area. Travel locally to patients’ homes or SNFs to perform wound care assessments and procedures, including debridement and topical wound care, with full training and support provided. Requires a CA NP/PA license and ability to drive to patient homes; not a remote role. Provides 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current state NP or PA license (CA)
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in CA
