Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to perform mobile advanced wound care for patients in their homes or SNFs. Travel locally within the Eureka, CA area, with the territory servicing Eureka, CA. Responsibilities include selecting/ordering tests, performing wound care procedures, defining and documenting patient diagnoses, ensuring patient satisfaction, patient education and management, and safe debridement of wounds during visits. Must hold an NP or PA license in CA, CPR certified, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to drive to patient locations. Extensive training, 24/7 support, and competitive compensation provided. This is a full-time, on-the-road role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA (CA)
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license and minimum state-required auto liability insurance
- Ability to travel to patient homes and SNFs within Eureka, CA area
- Willingness to drive to patients' homes for wound care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
