Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to provide mobile wound care services in the Inglewood, CA area. Travel locally to patients in homes or SNFs, perform wound care procedures and debridement, document patient diagnoses and care plans, educate patients, and ensure quality care with strong communication. Extensive training and 24/7 support provided. Must be licensed as an NP or PA in California and willing to drive to patient homes. Not remote; on-the-road patient care with local travel. Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a NP or PA in CA
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
