Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants needed to perform mobile advanced wound care for patients in their homes or SNFs within the Eureka, CA area. Travel locally to provide wound care, including debridement and topical wound management, and to document patient diagnoses and treatment plans. Responsibilities include patient education, management, and thorough charting of findings and follow-up notes. Requires CA state licensing as an NP or PA and CPR certification; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the ability to drive to patient locations is required.
