Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for mobile advanced wound care in Fresno, CA. Provide in-home wound care and treatment in patients’ homes or SNFs, including selecting, ordering, and performing tests and procedures, performing wound care, debridement, documenting diagnoses, patient education, and follow-up notes. Travel locally within the Fresno region to see patients; not a remote position. Must be licensed as an NP or PA in California and hold CPR certification. Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; extensive training and support provided. Work location is on the road with patient visits.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum state required auto liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
