Job Summary
Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants wanted to perform mobile advanced wound care for patients in their homes or SNFs within the Eureka, CA area. Travel locally within the designated region is required; role involves wound care procedures, patient diagnosis documentation, patient education, and charting. Must hold CA NP or PA licensure and CPR certification, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable driving to patient locations. This is a full-time, on-the-road position with extensive training and comprehensive benefits. No remote work.
Required Qualifications

- CPR Certified
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to drive to patient homes within Eureka, CA area
