Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to perform mobile advanced wound care in patients' homes and SNFs in the South Chicago, IL area. Travel locally within the designated region to see patients in their homes. Provide wound care procedures, order/perform tests as appropriate, document diagnoses, educate patients, and manage follow-up. Training provided; driving to patient homes is required; position is not remote. Benefits include 401(k) with matching and health, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an NP or PA
- CPR Certified
- Effective communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
