Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a collaborative ICU setting through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of complex medical conditions. Conduct daily rounds, respond to patient condition changes, coordinate care transitions, and participate in family discussions regarding goals of care. Support bedside procedures, consultation services, and cross-coverage as needed. Work ten 12-hour shifts per month with no call requirement, utilizing a rotating day/night schedule or dedicated nocturnist rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree Nursing
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse [APRN-NP - State License]
- 2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience
- 1-2 years required
- At least one year of APP experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or another equivalent inpatient setting
- completion of a residency or fellowship
