Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Cardiac Surgery OR

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care to adult cardiac surgery patients across outpatient, inpatient, and OR settings. Collaborate with attending surgeons to adjust plans of care, assist in clinic procedures, and serve as first assist for endoscopic vein harvest. Deliver surgical expertise at the bedside for Robotic Thoracic Surgery cases. Maintain active Wisconsin NP or PA licensure with prescriptive authority and board certification. Work 100% FTE Monday through Friday with variable hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, including a 1:7 weekend/call rotation. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
- State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
- 100% FTE
- Monday through Friday
- variable hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- weekend/call 1:7
